Cynotilapia are the main focus of this site, however they aren't the only Malawians that I'm interested in. Because of this, I include all that I get a photo of. In addition, not all the cichlids shown here are mine - I like to get shots while visiting fishrooms, swap meets, and shows.
During 2011, I was shooting most everything in Auto mode with my girlfriend's Olympus E-420 (14-42mm lens). As of January 2012, all my photos are taken with my new Nikon D5100 in Manual mode. All photos in this gallery are taken by myself unless otherwise noted.
